Frank Kelso has won several prizes for his writing. Frank’s short story Tibby’s Hideout in The Posse anthology that Frank edited and published is a finalist for the Western Fictioneer’s Peacemaker Award and a Finalist for the Will Rogers Medallion Award for 2017.
